Seamless Gutters and Gutter Guard in Dover DE

I called the Milford, DE, Gutter Guys because my gutters were showing wear and a small area of the gutters was beginning to pull away from my house in Dover, Delaware. They were able to schedule an appointment for an estimate within a week (working around our schedules). AJ arrived at the appointment on time and gave great explanations of the work they do as we walked around the house. He answered all my questions. When I signed the contract for new Seamless Gutters and the GutterGard Protection System, he gave me his email address and cell phone number in case I had any other questions. He said I would have the work done within 2 – 3 weeks and the office would call to schedule it. Unfortunately, the next day there was a bad thunderstorm with gusty winds. It actually pulled a section of the gutters and a spout off my house which landed on the lower roof. I emailed AJ to ask if someone could check the house and make a temporary repair. My email was answered quickly. In fact, due to the circumstances, the work order was moved up and they came to my house the next day to avoid any roof damage that might have been caused by waiting. AJ personally called me to make sure I received the information from the office. The work was completed as scheduled. Workers Shane and Zandar were knowledgeable and polite and did a great job. They cleaned everything up and took away all debris before leaving. The house looks terrific!
