Buddy Witz began his career with The Gutter Guys in 2017 as a gutter cleaner, where his work ethic and attention to detail quickly set him apart. His rapid growth within the company led him from cleaner to Production Foreman, then Estimator, and eventually Production Manager. After years of mastering every aspect of the business and becoming a trusted leader within the organization, Buddy achieved the ultimate milestone in 2025 when he became the owner of Newport Gutter Guys. Today, he continues to drive the company forward with the same dedication and hands-on expertise that marked his first day on the job.
Allison’s journey with The Gutter Guys began in 2012 as the office assistant. Driven by leadership, hard work, and a passion for helping others, she was eager to deepen her knowledge of the business and transition into sales. Allison quickly became one of our top estimators and a key force behind the company’s growth and sales performance which further led her into sales training throughout the franchise. After more than a decade of dedication, she proudly achieved her long-term goal of becoming an owner.
